Joseph (Joey) Sivley began his career at Morgan County EMCD in 2013. He was a Supervisor and Communications Training Officer before being promoted to Operations Manager. He plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring efficient emergency communication services for the county.  Joey works alongside a dedicated team to manage emergency calls and dispatch Fire, EMS, and Law Enforcement agencies within Morgan County.
