Jonathan Warner is the Director of  Morgan County Emergency Management (EMA).  He began his position with the 911 board and as the EMA Director in 2024.

About me:

I grew up in Hartselle and currently reside there with my wife and 3 children.  I obtained my Occupational Safety and Health/Fire Science degree in 2012 while I was a full-time firefighter for the City of Hartselle.  In 2023, I acquired my CLEM certification (Certified Local Emergency Manager) through the AAEM (Alabama Association of Emergency Managers).  One goal I have as a MCEMCD Board Member is to ensure that 911 continues to provide superior services to our public and our emergency responders.  As the EMA Director my objective is to make Morgan County a safer place to live.  When disasters occur in the county, my aim is to recover from them quickly and efficiently.  In my spare time I like to travel, go camping, and watch college football.
