The operations division is responsible for the processing of all emergency calls for service and assistance received in Morgan County, Alabama, and its municipalities. We dispatch first responders for police, fire and emergency medical services calls. Our team also is responsible for sending non-emergency services in these areas.

All of our telecommunicators are trained as both call takers and dispatchers. These professionals are Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO) and Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) certified. EMD is a systematic program of handling medical calls.
